Who are we?

Tandem-Powered is a human resource partner dedicated to identifying talent and maximizing human capital.

Tandem Powered was started in 2020 with a passion to see people succeed as the best version of themselves - genuine, completely unique and the most valuable asset to any business or organization!

Seeing & experiencing firsthand the challenges faced by leaders to both understand and then successfully maximize the talent of their people, I started Tandem-Powered, an organization dedicated to helping companies and their leaders, identify talent and maximize that potential so that everyone wins in the end.

As my story would go, I have been the perfect fit in a job role, experiencing the joy of thriving and I have also been the proverbial square peg in a round hole stressed out and unintentionally creating stress for those around me! I have had amazing managers I wanted to work tirelessly for, and I have had demotivating managers that challenged me to the core, making me want to look elsewhere for employment. I am convinced that the people-piece in business is the most difficult thing to navigate and yet the most important.

Privileged to have experience in both the corporate and non-profit arenas, I have a unique understanding of the very demanding, regulated, and complex environments many organizations must operate in as well as the critical need for any business or organization to maximize their talent, increase their efficiency, improve employee engagement and culture in order to drive results and meet objectives.

My background includes award-winning success in sales, revenue growth, sales-management, performance coaching, learning & development and workshop facilitation. I have been recognized as an accomplished, team-oriented, and results-driven professional for over 25 years.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and have been trained and accredited through TTI Success Insights in multiple sciences that measure talent, behavior, job competencies, motivational drive, emotional intelligence and Acumen Capacity Index -- all of which are used to empower leaders, build teams and identify talent critical to driving success, improving performance and maximizing teams.

My team values people the way I do and for that we carry on our mission to partner with leaders who want to invest in their most valuable asset — Their people!
